Tuscaloosa's New Summer Baseball League
Founded in 2023, the DIXIE COLLEGIATE LEAGUE seeks to provide high school committed seniors and college athletes the opportunity to play competitive baseball against top-level competition. DCL's goal is to advance players' skills for the betterment of their baseball careers and assist them in achieving their goal of playing at the pro level. The DCL Summer League is a metal and wood-bat baseball league. Games will be played on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at Shelton State CC and Northridge HS. There will be a four-team playoff, an All-Star game, and a Homerun Derby to be played post-season.
